²⁹ When the crowds pressed upon Him, He began to say, “This is an evil generation. It looks for a sign, but no sign will be given it except the sign of Jonah the prophet. ³⁰ For as Jonah was a sign to the Ninevites, so will the Son of Man be to this generation.
